Research Assistant in LIRS (February - June 2015)

Mikhail Usvyatsov was graduated with honors from the Ural Federal University with a major in Radio-electronic Systems in 2014. He was graduated from the Innopolis University with a major in Computer Science in 2015. Mikhail has some R&D experience in industrial companies where he participated in the software development of a sensor of crankshaft speed diesel generator and took part in such development of such projects as “DK.RU”, “BLIZKO.ru”, “YaPokupayu”. His undergraduate research at the Innopolis University was concentrated on development of stable bipedal robot locomotion algorithms. Mikhail is a winner of Science Slam Kazan 2014. He participated in hackathons: ThingHack, Skolkovo Robohack, DeepHack. His research interests include math, algorithms, robotics, information retrieval and machine learning.

Visiting Researcher (July 2015)

Yulia Maslennikova was graduated from Kazan Federal University in 2010 with Master degree in Radiophysics. She successfully defended PhD degree in Physics and Mathematics in 2013. Since 2010 Yulia has been employed by TGT Oilfield Services as SNL Data Processing Team Leader. She is also teaching at the Department of Radiophysics and Information Systems of Kazan Federal University. Yulia is the author of more than 10 research papers.

Nikulichev Nikita, PhD student of Irkutsk National Research Technical University

Intern in LIRS (July - August 2015)
Nikita Nikulichev was graduated from Irkutsk National Research Technical University in 2012 with a specialist degree in metal processing machinery and systems. Since 2012, Nikita studies for his PhD at Irkutsk National Research Technical University. His research interests include complex networks and pattern recognition. In the period of 2012-2013 he carried out the research on the analysis and strength enhancement of outboard wings’ bolts of “Yak-130” airplane as a junior research scientist of Irkutsk National Research Technical University at Irkutsk Aviation Factory. Since 2015, Nikita works as a leading specialist of Center of Certification, Standardization and Testing of Irkutsk region Mechanical Engineering Cluster.

Nikolay Kinash, PhD student of Irkutsk National Research Technical University

Intern in LIRS (July - August 2015)

Nikolay Kinash was graduated from Irkutsk National Research Technical University in 2012 with a specialist degree in metal processing machinery and systems. In 2011 – 2012, he worked as a technical support specialist at ISPserver Company. Since 2013, he is a programmer at ISPsystemCompany. Nikolay develops software for data center infrastructure management. Since 2012, he studies for his PhD at Irkutsk National Research Technical University. His academic interests include complex networks, parallel graph algorithms and large graphs.

Artur Sagitov completed his Master degree in Applied Mathematics and Informatics at the Kazan State Technical University in 2011. He has an industrial experience as a developer of database management system at ICL-KME CS and as a developer of various software products for the needs of geophysical research at TGT Oilfield Services.

Roman Lavrenov, Junior Research Associate

Roman Lavrenov graduated from the Kazan Federal University (Institute of Computer Mathematics and Information Technologies) in 2013. In 2012 -2013, he worked as a programmer at DO Navigation Technologies, where he developed software for navigation system “Labyrinth”. In 2013-2015, Roman worked as a programmer at Eidos-Robotics, where he developed software for robotic intelligent system of machine vision. Roman is skilled in C++ programming and has extensive experience of working with databases. Roman is the author of one publication.

Konstantin Tolstikhin received the Engineering degree in Robotics from Irkutsk State Technical University in 2008. After graduation, he worked as a design-engineer at Irkutsk Heavy Machinery Plant. In 2009-2013, Konstantin worked as a research assistant at University of Kassel (Institute of Materials Engineering), where he developed stable numerical approaches for residual stress evaluation in thin films using X-ray diffraction methods. During his work at National Irkutsk State Technical University (Department of Machine Building and Automation) as a research assistant in 2014-2016, Konstantin was responsible for software packages development of complex surface treatment parameters calculation of aircraft parts.​

Leysan Sabirova, Laboratory Administrator

Leysan Sabirova graduated from the Kazan Federal University in 2012, holds a specialist degree in “Oriental studies”. She provides various kinds of administrative support for the Intelligent Robotic Systems Laboratory and coordinates the project "R&D of the Balance Based Energy Efficient Locomotion Control System of a Humanoid Robot".
