Alexandr graduated from the Department of Mechanics and Mathematics of the Novosibirsk State University in June 2008 with a specialist degree. He received a Master of Science in Information Technology (Software Engineering) degree from the Carnegie Mellon University in August 2014. In July 2019 Alexandr defended his Ph.D. thesis in the University of Toulouse under a double supervision of Prof. Dr. Bertrand Meyer and Prof. Dr. Jean-Michel Bruel. Alexandr currently works as an Assistant Professor for the Lab of Software and Service Engineering at Innopolis University. His research focuses on seamless construction of reliable software systems. He teaches master's level courses in software engineering, such as "Requirements Engineering" and "Models of Software Systems". Alexandr also participates as a research engineer in industrial projects related to development of cutting edge operating systems lead by Dr. Alexander Tormasov. Alexandr is a certified Instructional Skills Workshop Facilitator. He has also finished the Teaching Excellence Program training from iCarnegie Global Learning.
